자동화 / 봇 계정에 관해서

스크립트 등으로 Toot을 올리는 등의 자동화된 계정 (봇이라고 할게요) 은 사용할 수 있어요. 다만, 아래의 사항들을 지켜주세요.

• 봇이 올린 Toot은 로컬 타임라인에 올라오면 안 돼요. (공개 범위를 전체 공개(Public)로 하지 말아주세요)
• 봇은 맞팔로우를 제외하고 다른 사용자를 찾아다니며 자동으로 팔로우하면 안 돼요.
• API 요청이 너무 많아서 서비스에 지장을 줄 수 있다 판단되면 접속이 차단될 수 있어요.

플래닛의 모든 데이터는 저작자의 명시적인 동의를 받지 않고서는 AI 학습에 사용할 수 없어요.

Prohibidos discursos de odio

Se considera discurso de odio a cualquier acción comunicativa que tiene como objetivo promover y alimentar una opinión dogmática y destructiva hacia personas por motivos raciales, étnicos, religiosos, de origen nacional, de orientación o identidad sexual, de discapacidad, etc.

Prohibido el «SPAM» y limitaciones al «crossposting»

Los siguientes comportamientos son considerados SPAM en este servidor:
— Publicación repetida de enlaces externos (especialmente a otras redes sociales).
— Excesiva promoción de productos o servicios.
— Comenzar a publicar enlaces o archivos multimedia sin presentarse ni rellenar el perfil.
— Publicar con demasiada frecuencia, especialmente archivos multimedia.
— Publicar sin seguir ni interactuar con nadie.

El «crossposting» (publicación desde otras plataformas) está permitido, pero con limitaciones. Para evitar ser considerado SPAM, sólo debe usarse para compartir publicaciones propias, y no podrá contener enlaces al sitio original (por lo que no se pueden incluir, por ejemplo, las publicaciones de otras cuentas o citas que se hagan en otras redes). Además, las cuentas de miembros con «crossposting» activado que no interactúen con nadie serán eliminadas.

Oculta y avisa del contenido sensible

En Mastodon, es costumbre publicar cierto tipo de contenido sensible bajo una advertencia de contenido (botón de un cierre de admiración en un triángulo o diálogo). Esto se hace para evitar que contenido no apropiado llegue a ojos de personas a las que podría afectar negativamente.

Específicamente, en esta masto.es es obligatorio publicar bajo advertencia de contenido lo siguiente:
— Imágenes o contenido sobre violencia.
— Fluidos corporales como la sangre.
— Daños físicos graves, como heridas visibles.
— Animales gravemente heridos o mutilados.

No es obligatorio, pero es recomendable, publicar también el siguiente contenido bajo advertencia de contenido:
— Contenido sobre política actual (si es un tema molesto/polémico/incendiario).
— El destripado («spoiler») de series, libros, o películas.
— Fotos con contacto visual.
— Fotos de comida, especialmente comida no vegana.

Esta regla no es aplicable para publicaciones con ajuste de privacidad «Seguidores» o «Personas específicas».

Respeta la legalidad española y alemana

Ya que el país del propietario es España, y el país donde se aloja el servidor (actualmente) es Alemania, se espera de los miembros que cumplan con la legalidad de ambos países.

El idioma principal de la cuenta debe ser el español, pero puede usar otros también

La idea de masto.es es promover la interacción entre hispanohablantes. No obstante, entendemos la necesidad de comunicarse también en otros idiomas (especialmente en inglés y lenguas regionales de países hispanoparlantes), así que también puede usar masto.es para publicar en otros idiomas, siempre que no publique únicamente en idiomas distintos al español.

Si quiere crear una cuenta para publicar únicamente o mayormente en otro idioma le recomendamos que escoja otra comunidad en instances.social

Esta regla solo aplica a publicaciones con ajuste de privacidad «Pública».

Cuentas no personales pidan permiso para usar la red

masto.es ofrece sus servicios gratuitamente a personas individuales, costeando los servicios a base de donaciones o directamente del bolsillo del propietario. Si quiere utilizar masto.es para una cuenta no personal (como una organización o empresa, con o sin ánimo de lucro) debe contactar con el administrador para pedir permiso (le llegará un mensaje de bienvenida al registrarse).

Si quieres alojar una cuenta bot en masto.es, puedes esperar las siguientes condiciones:
— Que publique con ajuste de privacidad «Pública silenciosa» para no saturar nuestra cronología pública.
— Que active la eliminación automática de publicaciones entre 1 y 3 meses para hacer un uso responsable de los recursos del servidor.
— Que respete la etiqueta #nobot de los demás perfiles (en este y otros servidores), siempre que haya interacción con los mismos.
— Y por supuesto, que respete las demás reglas.

No insulte, ofenda ni moleste a otros usuarios.

Esta es una regla de convivencia básica, que se incluye en caso de que sea necesario tomar medidas contra una cuenta problemática. No obstante, se recomienda hacer uso de las herramientas para bloquear y silenciar, en lugar de reportar a una cuenta.

Esta regla también limita la técnica del «joseo». La técnica del «joseo» consiste en parafrasear una publicación ajena, modificando ligeramente su contenido o citando un autor distinto, a modo de parodia.

El «joseo», aunque no tenga ánimo de ofender, puede ser realmente molesto para personas que no estén familiarizadas con él. Se pide a los miembros que sólo usen el «joseo» con personas con las que tengan confianza o con consentimiento previo.

Prohibido contenido sexual con visibilidad pública (salvo arte no pornográfico)

Esta regla aplica únicamente a las publicaciones con ajuste de privacidad «Pública». Las publicaciones pueden contener contenido sexual si tienen ajuste de privacidad «Pública silenciosa», «Seguidores» o «Personas específicas».

Con arte pornográfico nos referimos a aquel que tenga como fin la excitación sexual (ejemplo: «ecchi» / «hentai» ) y no la expresión artística (ejemplo: la maja desnuda).

Evite compartir intencionadamente información falsa considerada nociva para la sociedad

Catalogamos «información nociva» EXCLUSIVAMENTE información que:
— Niegue el holocausto.
— Ponga en riesgo la salud de las personas (y sí, esto incluye anti-vacunas y negacionistas).
— Niegue el cambio climático.
— Justifique el terrorismo de estado.

Lo que no esté en la lista anterior no será objeto de censura (aunque la lista podría ampliarse si surge la necesidad). Las cuentas serán advertidas si publican información de este tipo una vez, y suspendidas en caso de que se dediquen mayormente a la difusión de información nociva.



Modificaciones del servidor

— Ampliación del límite de caracteres en una publicación a 2000 caracteres (por defecto: 500).
— Límite de caracteres para el apodo incrementado a 100 (por defecto: 30. Esto es útil para que quepan más emojis personalizados).
— Límite de caracteres para la biografía incrementado a 1000 caracteres (por defecto: 500). — Límite de opciones para encuestas incrementado a 20 (por defecto: 4).

Contribuciones y financiación

Pulsa para mostrar Este servidor de Mastodon es gratuito y libre de publicidad para todos sus usuarios. Pero mantener el servidor en funcionamiento y ampliarlo para acoger nuevos usuarios no sale gratis.

Se agradece que aquellos miembros que puedan contribuir con donaciones apoyen al administrador para que masto.es pueda sostenerse en el tiempo y prosperar. Para ello tenéis tres vías:
- Apoyar el servidor en Patreon
- Apoyar el servidor en Ko-fi
- Apoyar el servidor en Liberapay

Todas las donaciones se invertirán en pagar los costes del servidor. Los gastos e ingresos del servidor pueden ser consultados en estado.masto.es. Aunque el balance acumulado sea negativo, el servidor seguirá en funcionamiento siempre que el techo de gasto que el administrador asume no supere los 300€/año. El dinero que se obtenga de más se guardará para mejorar el servidor o pagar facturas futuras. En caso de cierre de servidor por falta de fondos u otra razón, se anunciará con 3 meses de antelación para que los miembros puedan planificar la mudanza de sus cuentas.

Política de servidores silenciados/bloqueados

Pulsa para mostrar Se silenciará a otros servidores que por «spam», cuentas automatizadas o contenido inapropiado dificulten la discusión.

Se bloqueará también a los servidores que reproduzcan cuentas y contenidos de Twitter, salvo una excepción: https://bird.makeup . La razón para bloquear todos menos uno es para evitar estar almacenando contenido duplicado y para asegurarnos que el servidor que usan nuestros usuarios es el que mejor funciona.

No bloquearemos nunca otro tipo de servidores, salvo en casos de acoso dirigido desde uno o varios servidores en concreto. En su lugar, se recomienda usar las herramientas a su disposición, con las que pueden silenciar y bloquear individualmente servidores y cuentas sin nuestra intervención.

Aus Social is a community of people, not a billboard. We exist as a safe stable place for people to join and communicate with their friends and our greater community. We will not accept many brands and businesses that do not focus on community building.

We accept signups from any person aged 15 or older anywhere in the world; while our user base is primarily in the Australian (UTC+8 to UTC+11) time zones, we operate 24/7. We do not require or enforce English (Moderators may use automated translation to spot-check posts for adherence to our code of conduct). Please report posts or users breaking the code of conduct, but please do not message people on behalf of the moderation team. Instead, you can scroll on, block, mute, or report to let moderators deal with it.

The following types of content are explicitly disallowed and will result in revocation of access to the service:

• Conduct promoting the ideology of National Socialism (Seriously. Absolutely no Nazis!)
• Holocaust denial, Nazi symbolism, or similar content
• White supremacy.
• Violence: Do not make specific threats of violence or wish for the serious physical harm, death, or disease of an individual or group of people. This includes, but is not limited to, threatening or promoting terrorism. Do not affiliate with organisations that — whether by their own statements or activity both on and off the platform — use or promote violence against civilians to further their causes

- Child exploitation: you may not post sexually suggestive or exploitive images of minors in any way (regardless of context). Example: No bath photos

Content Warning (CW) and Hashtag Guidelines

Hashtags are heavily encouraged as the primary way for others to discover your themed content, while also allowing people to quickly filter content they do not wish to see on their feeds. Please note that hashtags must be used in the main body of a post - they do not work when used in the CW. To aid readability by humans and screen readers, please CamelCase #HashTags (capitalise the first letter of each word).

We encourage the use of Content Warnings (aka Content Wrappers, Summaries, Topics, Subject lines) on your posts. CWs are a courtesy to your readers and other members of the Aus Social community. CWs are not self-censorship: they do not suppress the indexing of posts, only their initial visibility. Aus.Social believes that CWs are an important tool to support people's self-autonomy, but they can also be used for expression and creativity.

Admin Note: CWs are not expected on posts made by historically and/or socially marginalised people about their own lived-experiences or activism, though authors may choose to do so.

Expected CWs and Hashtags

Everybody on Aus.Social must use Content Warnings (CWs) and hashtags for the following topics:

Politics, including party politics, electoral politics, geopolitic, elections and general governmental drama. Please use a AusPol CW and/or #AusPol Hashtag. If you regularly post without using CWs or Hashtags for these topics, it will be both harder for those of us looking for #AusPol, and those looking to filter them. It will very likely result in other people reporting your posts, and our moderation team will be in touch with you to ask nicely to use CWs and Hashtags.

A 2022 survey of public posts on the Aus Social local timeline showed that CWs had been used for the following topics. This list is advisory and intended only as a guide to the culture of Aus Social!

• Jokes where you tap to see the punchline
• Also often metadiscussions of the above.

Our Responsibilities

The administrator and moderators will endeavour to:

• Keep the atmosphere of the server as welcoming and enjoyable as possible.
• Keep this server online and functional for as long as possible.
• Clarify the standards of acceptable behaviour and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behaviour.

We will not act on complaints regarding:

• Criticising racist, sexist, or otherwise oppressive behaviour or assumptions.
• Good faith and non-malicious conduct whose object is to ameliorate (improve) the conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups.
• Reasonable communication of boundaries, such as "leave me alone," "go away," or "I’m not discussing this with you".
• Swearing or profanity.

Admin note: People are going to fight on the internet (this is a communication platform), and we generally try to ask people to block/mute people and take control of their social network experience as much as possible for situations where escalating to the moderation team via a report is not required... for issues that don't break any rules, but are still of concern to those involved (in or out of the fighting), Our moderation team might refuse to act as a mediator, but they will respond when (lines are crossed or) rules are broken.

Moderator code of conduct

Aus Social has a number of users who are also designated moderators. These moderators are currently @Bennytek @Dangerous_beans @morachbeag @prk @whatshisays @KarenWyld @harrym @grumpysmiffy. [Updated: 3rd Feb 2024]

Moderators can, in addition to any public information posted by users, see:

• How many posts a user has made
• All of a user's public, unlisted and followers-only posts, even if the account is configured to require approval for followers
• By extension, how many direct messages a user has written (but not the recipients or contents)
• A user's recently-used IP addresses
• A user's registered email address
• Whether a user has 2-factor authentication turned on
• A user's interface language
• Previous reports made by and against other users
• Notes about a user's account made by other moderators

Moderators may only use the above information to:

• Suspend, warn, or limit the visibility of a user who has broken server rules
• Delete or limit the visibility of posts that break server rules
• Respond to a report made by or about a user

Any other use, including in aggregate, requires approval by @aussocialadmin.

Moderators have no access to a user's direct messages (sent or received), phone numbers, or which posts they have bookmarked.

Moderators have the ability to view all reports made by and about Aus Social users, including historical resolved reports. Moderators can see the reported posts (which might be direct messages) and the accompanying report comment made by the reporter.

Moderators should reach a consensus about the result of a report (especially if it is not a clearcut decision), but a moderator can act unilaterally if end user safety is a factor or if actions are clearly informed by precedent. Moderation decisions may be reversed once further discussion between moderators has occurred.

Moderators may defederate Aus Social from an instance that is harmful to Aus Social users. This may happen if the remote instance does not sufficiently moderate its users or if its principles are incompatible with Aus Social's.

Moderators may place IP blocks or email domain blocks on signups to limit account signups that break Aus Social rules.

Moderators may contact the creator of a report and advise them of the outcome.

Moderators' decisions may be overridden by @aussocialadmin, whose decision is final.
