Account registrations are monitored and accounts considered spam (including commercial advertising, political campaigning/propaganda, duplicate accounts or impersonating legal entities) will be moderated or removed.
A number of instance blocks are implemented to comply with the first principle of the Mastodon Server Covenant and to prevent our users from being exposed to content that does not comply with our instance rules.
No cryptocurrency stuff. Proof-of-work sucks, but we're also not interested in your non-proof-of-work cryptocurrency either.

We dream of a diverse, anarchist, solarpunk future in which humankind collaborates to live in harmony with the environment sustainably. In fact, we have a strong affection for such a future.

The future we dream of is inherently anticapitalist, and we are thus not capitalism's biggest fans.
Given that the vast majority of adopted cryptocurrencies currently rely on proof of work to function, cryptocurrency goes completely against our dreams. So we have no interest in it here.

- The following types of content will be removed from the public timeline:
- Excessive advertising.
- Uncurated news bots posting from third-party news sources.
- Untagged nudity, pornography and sexually explicit content, including artistic depictions.
- Untagged gore and extremely graphic violence, including artistic depictions.
- Advocating for crypto-currency or other catastrophically environmentally-unfriendly schemes.
- The following types of content will be removed from the public timeline, and may result in account suspension and revocation of access to the service:
- Racism or advocacy of racism. To be clear: this does not include so-called "reverse-racism", i.e. "racism" against white/privileged races. Additionally, we allow and encourage discussion by the discriminated minority about experiences with racism.
- Sexism or advocacy of sexism.
- Casteism or advocacy of casteism.
- Ableist language or rhetoric that discriminates against disability, (this includes commonly-used ableist slurs).
- Discrimination against gender and sexual minorities, or advocacy thereof.
- Xenophobic and/or violent nationalism.
- Spreading disinformation or conspiracy theories that undermine public health.
- The following types of content are explicitly disallowed and will result in revocation of access to the service:

Our Mastodon service is a general instance open to anyone (as long as you follow the outlined rules). When you sign up for the Sineware Mastodon instance, you can see, follow, and interact with anyone on any other Mastodon instance, and they can do the same with you!

Esta instancia la componen todo tipo de crustáceos, especialmente gambas. Como tales, solemos tocarlo todo y no pertenecemos a una temática concreta (mientras esté dentro de las normas). Por ahora nuestro acuario es pequeño, pero esperamos ser cuantas mas gambitas mejor.
Queremos que todas nos llevemos bien, asi que por favor, nada de despreciar a otras gambitas por su color, físico, especie, identidad de género u orientación sexual. Sabemos la gambosidad se puede dar en todas sus formas, por lo que no se tolera discriminación de ningún tipo.
Por lo demás, si por casualidad te unes, no dudes en saludar. Estaremos encantados de tenerte con nosotras.

Rules
- You must be 18 years of age or older
While we don't only serve adult content, this side of online communities has a strong adult focus. To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, minors are not permitted an account on blimps.xyz and if we find out you're lying your account will be suspended. You MAY be granted access again once you turn 18. If we find out you're dodging through another account, or lie that you're 18 after being reinstated, you will be permanently suspended from access. - Be respectful
Treat everyone on this and other instances with respect. We're definitely on the furrier side of things, so while I won't say "treat others like (I hope) you'd treat your mother", you get the idea. - No bigotry
Like "Be nice", racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, and any and all forms of bigotry will not be tolerated, period. The furry community is meant to be welcoming to folks, not exclusive. - Tag NSFW content as such
While there is plenty of NSFW/adult content that this community can encompass, I expect everyone to use the Content Warning features of Mastodon to flag it as such to prevent automatically loading on others. If you will post it quite frequently, and don't wish to use the flags, you must set your account to locked when registering. We will use a three strikes system. - Zero tolerance for attacks
Repeating, there is zero tolerance for bigotry and personal insults. First offenders will have their toot moderated and given a final warning. Second offense is a ban from the instance. - Report inappropriate behavior
One of the great features for Mastodon is the ease of moderation in communities. Blimps.xyz expects all users to report any activity that violates the rules using the features built in to Mastodon for moderation and review. Use it! - No spam
This is somewhat self-explanatory but is also further outlined below. We have a zero tolerance policy for any spam or abuse of this instance and will restrict or remove your account for spam. Don't blast messages like crazy, restrict advertising to legitimate recommendations only. - No doxing
This counts as a personal attack and will not be tolerated. Blimps.xyz only collects information as outlined in our privacy policy, and will not release IPs or private information about users. You may not either. This is a zero-tolerance policy.

Mastodon User Policy
Scope and Audience
This policy is for users who have their accounts on deadinsi.de. There is a separate peering policy for deciding when and how to federate with other instances. Generally, for users on the instance a higher standard applies.
Our instance is only available to users for personal use. Accounts with a commercial background should look elsewhere. Promoting your own work is okay, as long as it is not the focus of your account.
Intent and Remedies
Our guiding principle for remedies is that of intent and willingness to correct ones own behavior. It is okay if you fuck up. But we expect you to correct your behavior as soon as we point it out.
Please approach the moderation team with any issues or questions about this policy, or any other policy in this document. We're always happy to expand in the rationale of these policies and provide advice about being excellent to each other.
If you disagree and reject our requests to fix your behavior, maybe this isn't the right instance for you.
Banned Content
Content that is illegal in the United States is subject to suspensions. Independent from their legal status, any depictions of minors in a sexual context, real or imagined, is banned and will lead to suspensions.
Prohibited Content
We have a zero-tolerance policy against bigoted behavior. This especially includes, but is not limited to racism, sexism, discrimination against sex workers, xenophobia, antisemitism, islamophobia, transphobia and ableism.
Do not explicitly endorse systems of oppression as a remedy to the same. This especially applies to the myth of meritocracy.
