Questo motore di ricerca di istanze Mastodon si basa su un database che viene aggiornato dal nostro crawler ogni notte (CET).

Le istanze sono considerate nuove per 30 giorni dopo che sono state scoperte (se hai già un account sul Fediverso e vuoi ricevere un post al giorno con un sommario delle nuove istanze Mastodon che il nostro crawler scopre quotidianamente, puoi seguire @nmiab@kolektiva.social; in alternativa, puoi anche vederle qui).

Quando un’istanza non risponde ai nostri check quotidiani da più di 30 giorni non viene più considerata nelle statistiche e nelle ricerche e viene controllata solo il primo giorno del mese, invece che quotidianamente, fino a quando eventualmente rispondesse di nuovo, o finché l’ultimo controllo riuscito risalisse a più di un anno fa; in quest’ultimo caso, da quel momento viene controllata solo il primo giorno di ogni anno.

L’“ordinamento casuale” dei risultati varia quotidianamente.

metalhead.club is unlike any other social media platform. We're especially proud of the following features:

Intro

We are a community. Everyone in this space brings their own experiences and perspectives, and this intersection of personal histories can be messy. Though there is no way to create a truly universal 'safe space', we intentionally cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect, understanding, and kindness here. We are all individuals doing our best, making our way through life together.

Code of Conduct

Posts or users will be removed if found to be in violation of the CoC, and repeated violations will result in an account limitation or suspension.



  1. No promoting NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or other scams.



  2. Each IP address is currently allowed 2 active accounts by default. If you have a redirected old account for a name change it will not count towards your active account limit. If you are in a situation where your IP will be the same as someone else’s, please note that when signing up.



  3. Name changes are restricted to twice a year. If you are requesting a name change, please put in the account creation reason field that you are requesting a name change and what your current account name is.



  4. This is not a server for posting AI-generated content or for creating a bot account, there are many other, better servers to host your bot or if you are interested in AI-generated content.

Privacy & Security

While we are not looking to grow this instance, we are working toward following the Mastodon Covenant

  • We are implementing moderation policies against racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia.
  • We have daily backups of user data in place.
  • Currently only one user has access to the server infrastructure but we will be working on training others to serve in emergencies.
  • We are committed to 3 months advanced warning in the case the server is being shut down to allow people time to export data and migrate to a new server.
