Quando un’istanza non risponde ai nostri check quotidiani da più di 30 giorni non viene più considerata nelle statistiche e nelle ricerche e viene controllata solo il primo giorno del mese, invece che quotidianamente, fino a quando eventualmente rispondesse di nuovo, o finché l’ultimo controllo riuscito risalisse a più di un anno fa; in quest’ultimo caso, da quel momento viene controllata solo il primo giorno di ogni anno.

An Mastodon instance for anyone (including business and organizations) in Tacoma, Washington and surrounding areas. This instance does not tolerate hate nor harassment in any way.

This instance was spun up on Martin Luther King Jr Day 2025, somewhat on purpose.

I wanted to be able to provide a safe online place in the fediverse for anyone in the Tacoma Wa area owned and moderated by someone else in Tacoma.

My hopes for this instance is that it will start to grow with human and businesses alike wanting to interact with each other from Tacoma and beyond but not be dependent on corporate controlled websites that are only there to make a profit off of you and have all but given up on moderating hate-speech.

I am currently paying for this instance and it will not be going anywhere anytime soon as I know that adoption might be slow. In the case that I do decide to terminate the instance I will give a six months lead time to allow current users to find a new Mastodon instance to migrate to.

Migrations from other accounts or even secondary accounts are also welcomed if you feel like this would be a nice home for you too!

サーバーに過度な負荷を与える行為について

連投や巨大なフォローリストのインポートなど、サーバーに過度な負荷を与える行為は警告なく中断される場合があり、また、行ったアカウントが停止される場合があります。

なんらかの事情で高負荷をかけてしまうことになりそうだが、どうしても実行したい処理などがある場合は、スタッフまで相談してください。

サブアカウント・アカウント作り直しについて

Mastodon システムは一度取得したアカウント名を使い回すことが出来ない仕様に現在なっていることから、アカウント名を大量に取得するなどの行為は禁止させていただいています。

ただ、サブアカウントの取得そのものを禁じる訳ではありません。良識の範囲内でアカウントを作成してください。

もし、過去の投稿をすべて削除したいだけであればスタッフまで相談してください。お力になれる場合があります。

ボット・プログラムの運用について

過度な負荷を与えるようなボットや、プログラムを運用しないでください。また、発言に反応するボットなどを作成する場合は、自分やほかボットの発言に反応してしまうことで思わず連投してしまうなどの可能性があることを留意の上制作してください。

プロフィールからボットであるバッジを掲出できるので、それらの機能を活用してください。守られていない場合、そのアカウントはサイレンスや停止などの措置をうける場合があります。

Fribygda er ei anarkistisk bygd ute på Allheimen, og et sunt alternativ til sentraliserte tjenester som Twitter.

Vi skal være et lite koselig sted for fritt uttrykk, fri utfoldelse og trygge omgivelser. Et perfekt sted for anarkister, venstrelibertarianere, og andre folk som misliker hierarki og elsker frihet.

På denne serveren har vi 18 års aldergrense, og dette er for å forhindre kjipe ting som selvsensur eller krav om ytterligere innholdsmoderering. Men nettopp av den grunn at vi har 18 års aldersgrense, skal det være ingen her som føler behov for å begrense (utover egen trengsel) deling av slikt som nakenhet/intimopplevelser, sex/erotikk, rusopplevelser, traumatiske opplevelser, og andre særlig personlige historier. Vårt samfunn skal være et trygt sted, hvor for folk kan føle at de kan være åpne om seg selv, og de tingene de er opptatt av. Dette kommer dog med en forventning, nemlig at man bruker innholdsvarsel dersom det man ønsker å dele kan være ubehagelig eller virke forstyrrende for medbygdinger. Det hele koker litt ned til denne tanken: i utgangspunktet er alt tillat, men av det du gjør, må du kunne rettferdiggjøre det også, og kunne vise at du har respekt og omtanke for de du deler server med. Greier alle sammen å vise en god grad av respekt og omtanke for hverandre, er det lite behov regler.

Om Språk

Fribygdas Natteravn kan til tider vise aspekter av sin Totning bakgrunn. Men dette er ingen standard for mål - her er det bare språkanarki 😄 Alle dialekter, all mangel på dialekt, alle minioritetsspråk, til og med alle fremmedspråk, fiktive språk, mangel på grammatikk og grovt sammenstabla setninger som knapt kan kalles språk - her er alt velkomment! Her taler enhver bygding slik de selv føler, om enn så BRÆTT dæ sku vøri.

Om Admin og Serverdemokrati

Fribygdas Natteravn er Fribygdas admin og moderator, og er en konto drevet av Amici Nybråten.

Fribygda er dog også en demokratisk server, så fra og med lansering vil alle derfor kunne foreslå server blokkering/avblokkering, og alle slike avgjørelser vil så utlyses via Fribygdas Natteravn, hvor folk kan komme med innsigelser på forslaget. Evnt. vedvarende uenigheter etter diskusjon løses gjennom avstemming via tut. Videre har alle brukere rett til å få admin kontoavgjørelser tatt opp til felles diskusjon via tut fra natteravnen, hvor de kan få en kjangse til å tale for seg, og evnt. få en omgjøring av vedtaket dersom andre medlemmer ønsker dette (igjen, så løses vedvarende uenigheter ved tut-avstemning).

Fribygda forholder seg til Mastodon Server Covenant, og i den forbindelse er det en del ekstra informasjon å avklare.

Hva er praksis for moderasjon?

Admin slår hardt ned på alt av rasisme, sexisme, homofobi, transfobi og ableism, og server som tillater slikt vil bli blokkert fra føderering med Fribygda. Admin har allerede blokkert / begrenset over 300 server i forbindelse med lansering, og har fortsatt arbeidet siden med å stenge ute server hvor bevisene ligger til for at de tillater denne typen faenskap. For annet innhold som skulle være enten særdeles ekkelt eller særdeles vondt, produsert med enten onde hensikter eller særdeles grov ansvarsløshet, vil admin også kunne se det riktig alt etter skjønn å gjennomføre begrensinger, blokkeringer, og sletting av server, brukere, og innhold.

Hva om noe galt skulle skje med teknisk infrastruktur?

Fribygda.no er ivaretatt av Masto.Host (https://mastodon.social/@mastohost) som sikrer oss regelmessig oppdatering, vedlikehold, og tilgang til daglig backup. Utover dette så er også Vegard Fjeldberg (https://fribygda.no/@vegafjord) reserve ansvarlig for serveren i tilfelle krise hos hovedansvarlige Amici Nybråten. Vegard har sikret tilgang til serverens offisielle Mastodon konto (https://fribygda.no/@fribygda), serverens epost, og serverens konto på Masto.Host for drifting av infrastrukturen, skulle det trenges.

Hva skjer dersom serveren legges ned?

Målet for fribygda.no er å vare så lenge som mulig, i mange mange år, men kommer den tiden hvor serveren skulle legges ned, så vil alle medlemmer bli varslet om dette minst 3 måneder i forveien (og gjerne lenger), som påkrevd av Mastodon Server Covenant, og dermed ha god til for å finne seg en ny server og migrere.

Triggerphrase is subject to active moderation - the public and federated timelines are monitored for inappropriate posts, especially those without content warnings. We defederate from instances that demonstrate a clear lack of interest in avoiding harm or making the fediverse a comfortable place to be. In most cases these are run by and for people who are very enthusiastic about child porn and finding new ways to be racist, and won't be documented publicly, but exceptions include;

  • mastodon.social - media files from this instance are not hosted on our server, and must be viewed through links it provides. This is due to the instance's porn bots that have historically flooded Triggerphrase storage with images at a rate that cannot be moderated.
  • disqordia.space - We have defederated due to their decision to remain federated with a instances that have been responsible for a great deal of harassment against other fediverse instances, including ours. Please see this post for more details.

Any concerns about federation, especially reporting instances that clearly do not meet standards for common decency, should be directed to the administrator.

There is no 'best practice' for putting content warnings on posts, so it's good etiquette to consider requests from people who'd like to follow you. However, there are a couple of things you should include in content warnings, if you're posting about them publicly:

  • A 'kink' CW for any kink content. You may want to be more specific, e.g. 'hypnosis kink' for posts about hypnosis kink, or 'bondage, d/s kink'. Kinks involving intense themes, or those that involve exploring harmful language and attitudes - such as 'misogyny' and 'sissy' kinks - should have specific content warnings.
  • 'sex' for any content involving the act of sex, or 'genitals' for depictions or descriptions thereof.
  • Flashing images (like spirals) that may cause problems for people with 'photosensitivity' issues.
  • Phobias like 'snakes' or 'spiders'.

If you're unsure of whether or not a post needs a content warning, being cautious and including a couple of words that touch on the major points is usually a safe bet.

Other things that, while not required, are considered polite to have content warnings for include;

  • Selfies, or other images with eye contact.
  • Pictures of food.
  • Long posts with large character counts.
  • Posts with non-standard layouts or characters that might be unfriendly to screen-readers.

    The following content is not permitted at all, even if tagged appropriately.

    • Anything illegal.
    • Depictions of children for sex or kink purposes.
    • Nazi bullshit.
    • Content posted without the consent of the creator.



    How to use Mastodon

    If you've never used Mastodon before, joinmastodon.org/ is the official resource for learning how to get started. If that's not quite enough, here's quick primer on how to use it.

    Mastodon is a social network in the same 'micro-blogging' style as twitter. You have 500 text characters to make a post (along with sharing images) and the ability to follow specific people's posts, making up a timeline. The main thing that makes Mastodon different is that instead of every account being attached to the same group of users, like most social networks, Mastodon accounts are created on individual 'instances'. An instance is a server running the Mastodon software, each with its own community of users. These communities are often tailored around specific shared interests; in this case, hypnosis.

    What this means is that in addition to being able to see posts from everyone you're following, instances also have a 'local timeline', which is a timeline that contains all the public posts made by users on that instance. So, an instance focused around hypnosis would have a local timeline containing posts from artists, writers, hypnotists and more, publicly available for anyone to see, making it easy to find and follow content creators. Additionally, since users on different instances can follow each other, there's no need to have an account for a particular instance unless you want to have access to the public timeline.

    It works a little bit like email; there are plenty of different email hosts, and you can even make your own, but they all use the same standardized protocols to send and receive emails, so you can send an email from gmail to hotmail with no problems. Mastodon instances are hosted separately from each other, but they use the same open-source software, so communicating between them isn't a problem.

    You can have accounts on as many instances as you want, so if you've already made a Mastodon account, and you'd like a hypnosis-focused one (or just to have access to the Triggerphrase local timeline), you can make an account on this instance, which will show up as ' [your-username]@mastodon.triggerphra.se '. This account is separate from any others you make, and is hosted on the Triggerphrase server, specifically, but you can use it to follow and interact with any Mastodon users on any instance. If you haven't made a Mastodon account, and you'd like a general purpose account that isn't based on a kink server, you can make one on a different instance, and still have a separate account on Triggerphrase (or, just use the local timeline preview to find people to follow).

    Additionally, if you're a Twitter user, there are services to crosspost between Twitter and Mastodon accounts.
