Hello Fediverse, badly.co is a general purpose server for English speakers. Before there's an api to automatically translate other languages into the ones you can read, we believe this is the best options to further a great communication.

1/ Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Server Rules.

2/ Eligibility

You must be at least of legal age in the jurisdiction you are abiding by to use this service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3/ Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Posting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities.

Harassing, threatening, or inciting violence against individuals or groups.

Posting hateful or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.

Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

Violating others’ privacy or doxxing individuals.

Impersonating other users or entities without permission.

Any activity that disrupts the service or violates our Server Rules.

4/ Content Ownership and Moderation

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant the Server a license to display and distribute it within the platform.

The Server administrators reserve the right to moderate content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or remove users at their discretion.

We do not take responsibility for user-generated content, but we will act upon reports of rule violations.

5/ Privacy

We collect and store limited personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for managing your own privacy settings.

6/ Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or at our discretion.

7/ Limitation of Liability

The Server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from the use of the Server.

8/ Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Server after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
