📑 Server rules

Rules are necessary to ensure a healthy community. The general rule of thumb here is to respect others and to use your common sense. Simply put, don't be a d*ck.

1. Illegal content under French and European law (Including off-site links) is not permitted. You are legally responsible for the content that you post.
2. Hate speech is not allowed. This includes racism, xenophobia, LGBTphobia, queerphobia, fatphobia, etc...
3. Be pony-like ! Don't harass others, and don't encourage it.
4. To keep the timeline easy-to-read, don't post spam messages or excessively shitpost.
5. User accounts may not be used solely for advertising. You can still register as a brony/furry convention or meet-up.
6. If you would like to create a bot account, please contact a moderator. Also, these accounts are not allowed to interact with users unless directly mentioned.
7. You may not use a disposable mail service to create an account.
8. Anything that depicts nudity, pornography, or anything not suitable for minors must use a content warning label (CW). Sexual content depicting minors is forbidden.
9. Impersonation is prohibited. Parody accounts must state that they are.
10. If you post someone else's content (Such as fanart), please credit the original creator.
11. Inciting danger is prohibited. This applies (but not limited) to finance and health, for example. Cryptocurrencies are included in this ban.
12. Promoting organizations or ideologies that go against our rules is prohibited. For example, you can't promote a political party that incites hatred or harassment. In case it's not already clear: If you're far-right, you'll save time by registering elsewhere.
13. Multi-accounts are allowed as long as they are not used to circumvent a sanction or a user block. When creating a new account, please enter the name of your main account (to help moderation).

Moderators are instructed to be tolerant and to give a second chance if the infraction is not serious. Also, it is important to maintain friendly relations between moderators and users, so don't hesitate to reach out if you feel there's a problem.

EQS est une instance/serveur Mastodon pour les fans de petits poneys, qui est en ligne depuis le 8 mai 2017. Elle fait partie du fediverse, un grand réseau social décentralisé.

⚠️ En raison de spams, les comptes sont approuvés manuellement. Merci d'être clair dans votre message d'inscription, ou vous serez considéré comme un robot. Si vous n'avez pas reçu le courriel d'inscription, essayez de regarder dans le dossier des indésirables, ou utilisez une autre adresse. En effet, certains fournisseurs de boîte mail peuvent nous bloquer.

Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez aider financièrement l'instance sur Liberapay (C'est un peu comme Patreon ou Tipeee, mais en libre).

📑 Règles du serveur

Les règles sont nécessaires pour garantir une communauté saine. La règle générale est de respecter les autres et d'utiliser son bon sens. En d'autres termes, ne soyez pas un c*n.

1. Les contenus illégaux au regard du droit français et européen (Y compris les liens hors site) ne sont pas autorisés. Vous êtes légalement responsable du contenu que vous publiez.
2. Les propos haineux ne sont pas autorisés. Cela inclut le racisme, la xénophobie, les LGBTphobies, la queerphobie, la grossophobie, etc...
3. Soyez un poney ! Ne harcelez pas les autres, et n'y incitez pas.
4. Pour que la timeline reste facile à lire, ne postez pas de messages de spam ou de shitpost excessifs.
5. Les comptes d'utilisateurs ne peuvent pas être utilisés uniquement à des fins publicitaires. Vous pouvez tout de même vous inscrire en tant que convention ou meet-up brony/furry.
6. Si vous souhaitez créer un compte robot, veuillez contacter un·e modérateur·ice. De plus, ces comptes ne sont pas autorisés à interagir avec les utilisateurs, sauf s'ils sont directement mentionnés.
7. Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser un service de courrier jetable pour créer un compte.
8. Tout ce qui montre de la nudité, de la pornographie ou tout ce qui ne convient pas aux mineurs doit porter un avertissement de contenu (CW). Les contenus à caractère sexuel mettant en scène des mineurs sont interdits.
9. L'usurpation d'identité est interdite. Les comptes parodiques doivent préciser qu'ils en sont.
10. Si vous publiez le contenu de quelqu'un d'autre (Comme un fanart), merci de créditer le créateur·rice original.
11. Inciter au danger est interdit. Cela concerne par exemple la finance et la santé. Les cryptomonnaies sont inclues dans cette interdiction.
12. Promouvoir des organisations ou des idéologies qui vont à l’encontre de nos règles est interdit. Par exemple, vous ne pouvez pas promouvoir un parti politique qui incite à la haine ou au harcèlement. Dans le cas où ce ne serait pas déjà assez clair : Si vous êtes d'extrême droite, vous gagnerez du temps à vous inscrire ailleurs.
13. Le multi-compte est autorisé tant qu'il ne sert pas à contourner une sanction ou un blocage d'utilisateur. A la création d'un nouveau compte, merci de renseigner le nom de votre compte principal (afin d'aider la modération).

Les modérateurs ont pour ordre d'être tolérant et de laisser une seconde chance si l'infraction n'est pas grave. De plus, il est important de maintenir des relations amicales entre les modérateurs et les utilisateurs, alors n'hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous pensez qu'il y a un problème.
