All people are welcome, except those who don't accept other people. This is a sex positive and LGBTQ+ friendly mastodon instance with rules for adult content and safe place for all felines out there.

This is a sex positive and kink friendly server but not explicitly that. All content is allowed as long as rules are respected. All genders, sexual orientations and relationship types are welcome and safe here and any contact is allowed as long as there is consent. It is managed by a pair of felines living on an island and there is no organization or company behind it. We wanted to built a space where open-minded people can communicate, share thoughts and expose themselves freely and without fear of harassment. We believe that sexuality is a key part on human behavior and should not be censored or suppressed. Adult content can be posted here under the rules regarding that.

This is not an only adult content oriented server and wishes to be a multicultural environment where everyone can freely express themselves and communicate with other people promoting knowledge, sharing, communication, mutual aid and of course loving and consenting relationships. Vi skal være et lite koselig sted for fritt uttrykk, fri utfoldelse og trygge omgivelser. Et perfekt sted for anarkister, venstrelibertarianere, og andre folk som misliker hierarki og elsker frihet.

På denne serveren har vi 18 års aldergrense, og dette er for å forhindre kjipe ting som selvsensur eller krav om ytterligere innholdsmoderering. Om Admin og Serverdemokrati

Fribygdas Natteravn er Fribygdas admin og moderator, og er en konto drevet av Amici Nybråten.

Fribygda er dog også en demokratisk server, så fra og med lansering vil alle derfor kunne foreslå server blokkering/avblokkering, og alle slike avgjørelser vil så utlyses via Fribygdas Natteravn, hvor folk kan komme med innsigelser på forslaget. Evnt. vedvarende uenigheter etter diskusjon løses gjennom avstemming via tut. Videre har alle brukere rett til å få admin kontoavgjørelser tatt opp til felles diskusjon via tut fra natteravnen, hvor de kan få en kjangse til å tale for seg, og evnt. få en omgjøring av vedtaket dersom andre medlemmer ønsker dette (igjen, så løses vedvarende uenigheter ved tut-avstemning).

Hva er praksis for moderasjon?

Admin slår hardt ned på alt av rasisme, sexisme, homofobi, transfobi og ableism, og server som tillater slikt vil bli blokkert fra føderering med Fribygda. Admin har allerede blokkert / begrenset over 300 server i forbindelse med lansering, og har fortsatt arbeidet siden med å stenge ute server hvor bevisene ligger til for at de tillater denne typen faenskap. For annet innhold som skulle være enten særdeles ekkelt eller særdeles vondt, produsert med enten onde hensikter eller særdeles grov ansvarsløshet, vil admin også kunne se det riktig alt etter skjønn å gjennomføre begrensinger, blokkeringer, og sletting av server, brukere, og innhold.

Hva om noe galt skulle skje med teknisk infrastruktur?

Fribygda.no er ivaretatt av Masto.Host (https://mastodon.social/@mastohost) som sikrer oss regelmessig oppdatering, vedlikehold, og tilgang til daglig backup. Utover dette så er også Pilum (https://fribygda.no/@pilum) reserve ansvarlig for serveren i tilfelle krise hos hovedansvarlige Amici Nybråten. Pilum har sikret tilgang til serverens offisielle Mastodon konto (https://fribygda.no/@fribygda), serverens epost, og serverens konto på Masto.Host for drifting av infrastrukturen, skulle det trenges.

Hva skjer dersom serveren legges ned?

Målet for fribygda.no er å vare så lenge som mulig, i mange mange år, men kommer den tiden hvor serveren skulle legges ned, så vil alle medlemmer bli varslet om dette minst 3 måneder i forveien (og gjerne lenger), som påkrevd av Mastodon Server Covenant, og dermed ha god til for å finne seg en ny server og migrere.
