Empfehlungen

Die folgende Liste ist eine Sammlung von Verhaltensweisen, die wir von unseren Benutzer*innen erwarten. Wenn du siehst, dass jemand auf eine Weise gegen diese Empfehlungen verstößt, die dich stört, reiche bitte einen Meldung ein. Während diese Empfehlungen als Richtlinien für eine gute Gemeinschaftsinstanz gedacht sind, wird eine wiederholte böswillige Unwilligkeit, die Empfehlungen zu befolgen, als Verstoß gegen eine Regel angesehen.

• Allgemein: Verwende die bereitgestellten Tools, um eine rücksichtsvolle und zugängliche Atmosphäre zu fördern. Dazu gehören die großzügige Verwendung von Inhaltsnotizen (teils auch als "Content Warning", "Inhaltswarnung" oder "CW" bezeichnet), insbesondere bei potenziell problematischen oder kontroversen Themen sowie Alternativtext-Beschriftungen von Mediendateien.

• Wenn du sexuelle Inhalte postst, nutze Inhaltsnotizen und markiere Medien als "NSFW".
• Wenn du Werbung postest, nutze Inhaltsnotizen. Werbung sollte nicht übermäßig oder automatisiert erfolgen.
• Bots dürfen nur mit Benutzer*innen interagieren, die dem zugestimmt haben.
• Automatisierte Posts und hochfrequente Posts sollten nicht gelistet sein (für alle sichtbar, aber nicht auf der lokalen Timeline erscheinen), damit die lokale Timeline unserer Instanz ein Ort des Community-Dialogs und der menschlichen Interaktion sein kann. Dies gilt auch für Bots, Feed-Poster, Twitter-„Retweets“ und Twitter-Crossposts mit fehlerhaften Erwähnungen („…@twitter.com“). Crossposter-Konten, die keine aktiven Teilnehmer in unserer Community sind, können nach Ermessen der Moderation entfernt werden.

This is a small, friends-oriented server run by Stephen Brennan. Here's some quick info about the server.

Approval is required to create an account. I'll only approve new accounts from people I know or have a good reason to accept. If you don't know me, you'll have to make a pretty good case.

I run this server on my own dime and time. I'll do my best to regularly keep things up-to-date with security updates and reboots. There's one machine so that means there will be occasional downtime. Sorry!

Keep in mind that I'm your server admin, and I have access to all your toots - even private DMs. Of course, I'm not seeking anything out, in fact I promise never to look at anything in the database except for the purposes of diagnostics and support. But it would be wise for you to not post anything sensitive, regardless of the privacy level. Further, privacy levels are "advisory" at best. If your message leaves this server (e.g. you set it to "followers-only" and you have a follower on a different server) then that server's admin can read your toots, and their software could disregard your privacy level entirely. So again, just be wise how you use this service.

1. Be kind and respectful of others. This includes respecting things like pronouns, using content warnings as appropriate, etc.
2. Don't post anything illegal (duh).
3. Don't post anything designed to shock or disgust people.
4. This is not a NSFW server. I don't particularly care about the occasional not-quite-SFW post. I'm not puritan. But just don't make your account all about NSFW content. That's all!
5. Disagreement is fine, other opinions are welcome. Keep your discussion and disagreement civil and try to avoid ad hominems. If you venture into areas of denying other people's human rights, you'll find that you'll lose your rights to post here pretty darn quickly.
6. No threats of violence, etc.
7. I'll do my best to use a three-strike system and reach out regarding moderation decisions. But at the end of the day, this is not Elon's "public square". I don't owe you free speech. The Cable is not your average newspaper. In 2014, the UK’s journalism industry was at rock bottom. 2012’s Leveson Inquiry report revealed systemic, decades-long criminality by the tabloid press in order to get ever-more sensational ‘scoops’ to sell papers.

Fediverse Friendly Moderation Covenant

This instance commits to the following

1. Administration and Moderation will be handled as neutral as possible

Reports and widespread information on specific instances (often known as bad actors) will be verified and actions might be taken as necessary.

2. Actions taken will respond to the bare minimum to keep the network operating and not influence the ability of the instances users to connect to other people

• If another instance spreads media content of questionable legality for the region the current instance is operating from, these files might be rejected from being saved.
• If another instance is sharing hateful messages that impact local users, there might be consideration of silencing that specific instance from being visible in timelines. If users follow and/or wish to follow users on the target instance, they are still free to do so.
• If another instance is posting content illegal in the local instance operation region or actively posts content attacking local users, a full instance block might be the last resort.

3. Communication before Actions

If any of the above behaviors start to surface from a given instance, the moderation of the local instance will attempt to inform the moderation/administration of that instance and resolve the problems coming from there. Only if no communication succeeded or no results that resolved issues came forth, actions will be taken towards that instance.

4. We won't recommend blocks

Blocklists and block recommendations as an information source are taken for granted but lack accurate verification. Instead of using these options to publicly announce instances of questionable intent, we will inform local users of such, with the reminder of possible personal options for hiding content that might impact their experience of the network.

5. No Guilt-by-Association/Federation

If we have applied any action against Instance X, an Instance Y that federates with them will not get the same judgement applied to them. A natural connection, as by the networks design, does not imply shared interests and thus doesn't warrant the same moderation methods.

Regardless of all given points above, in special cases the instance moderation/administration might still opt to block an instance, while this is tried to be avoided at most.

ネタバレは他の人に配慮してください。キャラクターストーリーや小説などは、まだ読んでいない人もいるはずです。
そのような話をする場合はCWタグを付けて行うのが好ましいでしょう。

●発言について

語尾に「でち」等を付けて話す人が多く居ます。不快にならないでください。
語尾に「でち」「にゃしぃ」「ぴょん」をつけることを許可します。

●推奨事項

ソーシャルゲームなどのガチャで高レアを引いた際、画像を貼るなどして自慢しましょう。
運とお金によって勝ち得たあなたの権利です。
どんどんやりましょう。

また、それを見た方は祝うなり嫉妬するなり、めいめいの言葉をかけてあげてください。
本サーバーでは「NG」という言葉に「ガチャに勝利しておめでとうコノヤロー」みたいな意味合いが含まれています。
フラワーナイトガールのガチャである「鉢」をイメージした虹NG鉢の絵文字がありますので活用してください。

ただし特に意味なく過去の勝利を何度もひけらかしたり、それを持っていない人に向けて自慢するのは「煽り」と判断します。
他人のガチャの結果を悪く言ったりすることも同様です。

●特に禁止する事項

本サーバのアクティブユーザーを減らすことに繋がる行為は禁止です。
ただし、ここにはあなた自身が自分の意志でこのサーバを去ることは含みません。

例えば、他人や特定のゲームやキャラクターに悪い印象を持たせる発言を繰り返すことが含まれます。

●管理人からのお願い

何か発言をするときには、そのような内容を大勢が発言したときに本サーバを去る人がいないかどうかを考えてください。

あなた一人が発言をすることで本サーバを去る人が出るようなことは無いでしょう。
ただし同じ内容を大勢が発言した場合、その内容を嫌って去ってしまう人が出てしまうかもしれません。

大勢がそのような発言をするようになった場合、管理人では対処の仕様がありません。
そのため管理人は、そのような発言をするユーザーが少数のうちに注意や指摘をするよう努めています。

何度も指摘されているにも関わらずそのような発言を行う場合、最終的にアカウントの停止措置を行い、その他アクセスの永続的なシャットダウン対応を行います。
