Tsukihime (月姫, tsu-kee hee-mei) is the name of a Japanese adult Visual Novel from game company Type-Moon. It's literal translation means Moon Princess. For more information regarding the game and series: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsukihime

This domain was bought in Christmas of 2009 by the Type Moon fanatic NekoArc to properly set up an IRC network called Tsuki IRC as a safehaven several communities after a major split of several irc servers via permanent netsplit

It's primary intention back then was to continue community discussion and came to be a trans focused community .

Over time the IRC network eventually shut down as things were eventually moved to discord and the trans ran community still continues on over a decade later!

This instance has been started to be additional extension of existing community and to provide a safe haven for fellow trans people to exist and thrive!

To migrate from another instance:

Create a new account on this server (tsukihi.me).

On the new account:

Go to preferences -> Moving from a different account. Enter the handle of the old account. Click Create alias.

On your existing account:

Go to preferences -> import/export -> data export Download the CSV file called "Follows" Go to preferences -> account -> Move to a different account. Enter the handle of the new account and the current account password. Click Move Followers.

On the new account:

Go to preferences -> import/export -> data import. Choose the Follows file you downloaded previously.

Click Upload.

It will potentially take a little while for all followers to migrate across.

Federation

While we have open federation, this instance will actively moderate and defederate instances that run against or contravene the user experience for the community here, along with content that would be considered illegal where the server is hosted and operated from.

Bot operators must send an email (admin [at] tsukihi.me) to request permission and detail the bot's purpose before registering for use on this instance. Data scraping bots are not allowed on this server.
