삼진아웃 제도 / Three-Strike Policy

누구나 실수를 할 수 있으며, 고의로 규칙을 어긴 것이 아닐 수 있습니다. 따라서 본 인스턴스는 삼진아웃 제도를 시행합니다. / Anyone can make a mistake, and you likely did not break the rules on purpose. Therefore, we have a three-strike policy.

  • 규칙 위반 시 문제가 되는 컨텐츠나 프로필은 삭제되며 사용자에게 경고가 주어집니다. / If a user violates the rules, the problematic content or profile will be removed, and a warning will be issued.
  • 경고가 3회 누적된 후 다시 규칙을 위반하면 계정이 영구 정지됩니다. / If a user breaks the rules again after receiving a third warning, the account will be permanently banned.
  • 경고를 받은 시점으로부터 730일이 지나면 해당 경고 기록은 소멸됩니다. / Warnings will be expunged 730 days after the date they were issued.

단, 다음 사항에 해당하는 경우에는 예외적으로 즉시 계정이 정지됩니다. / However, if any of the following apply, an exception will be made, and the offending account will be banned immediately.

  • 스팸 계정 / Spam accounts
  • 사용자 이름(username)이 금지 사항에 해당하는 경우 / Usernames that violate the rules
  • 본인 또는 타인에게 심각한 신체적・정신적 피해를 초래할 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 / Cases where severe physical or mental harm could be inflicted on the user or others:

    • 자해 및 자살 위험이 있거나 이를 조장하는 내용 / Content that promotes or indicates a risk of self-harm and/or suicide
    • 과도한 수위의 혐오 발언 / Excessive hate speech
    • 사이버 불링 / Cyberbullying
    • 타 커뮤니티에서 문제를 일으켰거나 일으키고 있는 유저 / Problematic users who have caused or are causing issues elsewhere
    • 미성년자 및 사회적 약자에 대한 공격 또는 성적 접근 행위 / Attacking or making sexual advances toward minors and/or social minorities

  • 대한민국 법률상 불법으로 간주되는 컨텐츠 / Content that is illegal under South Korean law
  • YuruToot 관리자 및 모더레이터에게 신체적・정신적 피해를 줄 수 있는 경우 / Actions that might cause physical or mental harm to YuruToot moderators
  • 웹 브라우저 및 접속 기기의 보안 취약점을 이용한 XSS 또는 이에 준하는 공격 행위 / XSS attacks or similar exploit attempts against the server, browsers, or connected devices
  • 운영 주체인 YuruVerse에 재산상・금전적 피해를 초래할 수 있는 경우 / Actions that could cause financial or property damage to the operator, YuruVerse:

    • 마스토돈 시스템을 악용한 서비스 거부 공격(DoS) 등 / Using the Mastodon system to perform DoS or similar attacks
    • YuruToot 규칙의 허점을 악용하는 어뷰징 행위 / Maliciously exploiting loopholes in YuruToot's rules

  • 이 외에도 본인이나 타인에게 끼칠 수 있는 위험을 고려하여, 관리자의 재량에 따라 위 명시된 제재와 다르거나 더 강도 높은 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다. / In addition, considering the potential harm to the user or others, moderators may apply different or more severe forms of intervention at their discretion.

예외 (사일런스) / Exception (Silence)

다음 사항에 해당하는 경우 계정이 사일런스(침묵) 처리됩니다. / The following actions will result in your account being silenced:

  • YuruToot 및 타 인스턴스의 여러 사용자에게 반복적으로 불쾌감을 주는 행위 / Repeatedly causing discomfort or inconvenience to users of YuruToot or other instances.

인스턴스 서비스 종료 전 고지 의무 / Shutdown Notice Commitment

toot.funami.tech(이하 YuruToot)의 운영 주체인 YuruVerse는 서비스 종료 시 최소 3개월 전에 모든 사용자에게 이를 고지할 의무가 있습니다. / YuruVerse, the operator of toot.funami.tech (YuruToot), is committed to notifying all users at least 3 months prior to shutting down the service.
해당 고지는 YuruToot 인스턴스의 @notice 계정 및 이메일을 통해 진행됩니다. / This notice will be broadcast via the YuruToot @notice account and sent via e-mail.
단, 이 고지 의무에는 다음의 예외가 적용됩니다. / However, there is an exception to this commitment:

  • 운영 자금 고갈 등 서버 유지 비용을 더 이상 충당할 수 없는 경우 / When server operating costs can no longer be covered (e.g., depletion of operating funds).
