medic.cafe is a server by and for medical personnel (and, roughly, anyone feeling a kinship or association with evidence based medicine.

We strive to remain small, bucking the trend to re-centralize the decentranlized fediverse. Nevertheless, if you belong to those who prefer a pure fediverse experience over the Twitter bubbles and walled gardens, we're here for you.

  1. No snake oil, no "alternative" medicine. We keep it evidence based.
  2. We're here to interact, meaning we do not allow bot-only accounts and view accounts auto-posting without any interaction in the comments or others' content with suspicion.
