Gamepad.Club has a video games focus, but we're open to all forms of gaming from tabletop RPGs to trading card games. Hosted in the UK and EU but everyone is welcome!

Whether it's those intense couch battles playing Mario Kart, chilled sessions with Stardew Valley or franticly building barricades in Fortnite, Gamepad.Club is for you. However you play, this place is a home for everything gaming. Join us and chat about the latest releases, what you’re currently playing, and what upcoming launches you’re hyped for!

How Gamepad.Club is Run

To support our growing and active community, this server is moderated by a team of volunteers. It currently consists of the following, who are all on-hand to respond to your queries:

• Belghast (co-admin)
• Aywren (mod)
• Scopique (mod)

This instance of Mastodon is powered by Linode cloud computing using industrial-grade data centres and infrastructure. Backups are taken daily and rotated to ensure that data is protected.

We also adhere to the Mastodon Server Covenant, including providing at least 3 months notice should the server regrettably plan to shut down. This will provide ample opportunity if you want to download your content and/or move to another instance.

While we're on the topic, please remember that anything you publish on Gamepad.Club (your posts and images) is stored unencrypted. This includes Direct Messages and other closed/locked posts. Please do not use this service to share anything confidential or personal that you cannot risk becoming public.

Gamepad.Club is currently funded out-of-pocket by the admin team, with support from incredibly generous members via Patreon. Advance notice will be shared if that needs to change, but members will never be charged for access, adverts will never be used, trackers will never be deployed and data will never be sold to third-parties.
