Do this by going to https://furry.lgbt/filters, clicking Add new filter, setting Title to "NSFW" or something similar, ticking all checkboxes in the first column (Home and lists, Notifications, Public timelines), and adding the keywords #nsfw, #furrynsfw, and #porn.
If something slips through this, it will still usually have a content warning.
If something NSFW does not have a content warning, report it.

We are not liable for any user-generated content, as long as it is removed soon after being brought to our attention. If we see illegal content, it will be removed as soon as possible and the origin or account suspended. You are responsible for your content.
We will not sell or give away any data to unauthorized parties. However, we are not responsible for unintentional data leaks of any kind.
