Long description
Welcome to fuzzies.wtf!

What the fuzzy!

This is a fediverse instance that runs a fork of Mastodon, our fork being no-portals. While this space is mostly tech nerds with a Linux slant, we are very welcoming of everyone! Just follow the rules, don't be a bigot, stupid. Just like other instances in the fediverse, we are a part of the larger network and can communicate with other instances, meaning you can interact with millions of other people across the world!

Mobile Apps

We recommend using Moshidon for Android and Ivory for iOS. Both are available on their respective app stores. You can also use the web interface, which is mobile-friendly. Or install the official Mastodon app and use fuzzies.wtf as the instance URL. However you will be missing out on some features, such as reactions!

no-portals

no-portals is a fork of chuckya which is a fork of glitch-soc. glitch-soc is a fork of Mastodon with a focus on user experience and privacy. Main things we have compared to stock Mastodon are:

  • Reactions
  • Local-only posts
  • Custom emojis
  • Custom CSS
  • Mastodon Modern UI
  • No portals
  • At the end there is cake!
  • And more!

We don't have any ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't charge for usage; the funding to keep this site running comes from optional monthly donations. If you like this instance and want to help keep it running, you can donate to our Ko-fi

Fuzzies, also called Fuzzles, are small, black-furred creatures with unusual, spiky bodies. They possess two strabismus eyes and large teeth. Despite displaying some level of intelligence and the ability to speak, Fuzzies are, for the most part, wild. Their first appearance is in Super Mario World. - Nintendo Wiki
