It appears you have stumbled upon my Mastodon server.
If you didn't already know, Mastodon is a decentralised social networking platform. While you can't sign up to mine, there are many other servers you can sign up to, and you still will be able to follow my account.
If you have already signed up to Mastodon and are wondering how you can follow me, the easiest way is to search @CurbsideShip116@mstdn.matthewmcgranahan.me on the server you are on. Then you can follow me.
