i1.no is a friendly Mastodon-instance for people who work or participate in the tech and startup community in Norway. For higher likelihood of being accepted into the instance, please add a notice of where you work or what your connection to the tech/startup community in Norway is.
Mastodon Server Covenant
i1.no adheres to the Mastodon Server Covenant. No racism, gender discrimination, anti-semitism or bad behaviour will be tolerated. The instance has daily offsite backups. We have a commitment to give users at least 3 months of advance warning in case of the i1.no instance shutting down.

Relays help smaller instances connect. We joined the following relays:
Privacy
We're not using Google Analytics nor have we added any other analytics service to the instance. Bear in mind that direct messages on any Mastodon instance (including this) are not encrypted. Do not share private information. Use iMessage or Signal for private end-to-end encrypted messaging.
Tech & Costs
The instance is hosted in Finland with Cloudflare on the front. Daily, weekly and monthly backups are stored offsite. The costs of running the i1.no Mastodon is currently financed by @mats 👏🏻.
