Code of Conduct - Welcome to our Mastodon server! We are a community of Strangers looking for safe harbor in our Social Media lives. To ensure that everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience on our server, we have established the following rules of conduct.

• Be respectful and considerate of others. This means no hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
• Keep the conversation appropriate for all ages, within reason. This means no explicit or graphic content that is not suitable for a general audience.

Bot Developers - Welcome bot developers! We invite you to join our Mastodon server and enhance the user experience. Please check in with our server admin @azcoigreach before deploying any bots and be ethical and constructive in your development.

Reporting and Moderation - When reporting accounts, please include at least a few postings that demonstrate rule-breaking behavior, if appropriate. Please provide any relevant supporting information in the comment if it could be used to inform a decision. This is especially crucial when the content is in a language other than English.

We typically respond to reports within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that you are not contacted when a complaint you filed results in a punitive action, and that not all punitive acts are apparent from the outside. We may choose to erase offensive content for first-time offenses before progressing to harsher sanctions for repeat violations.
