Long description
Oliphaunt is a (currently) small server administered by geeks who are interested in learning about all sorts of topics. We aim to be a safe and welcoming place for all comers and especially those looking for engaged admins willing to moderate away the rougher parts of the fediverse.
Instance rules
- No discrimination or hate speech, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia or transphobia.
- No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies.
- No disinformation regarding public health issues or political/military campaigns.
- No harassment of other users on this or other servers or services.
- No spam. This includes commercial advertising, promotional campaigns, and SEO. Individuals promoting their own work or works they enjoy is acceptable within reason. We're here to help people socialize, not boost brands.
- No uploading of pirated media or materials. Even with an obvious fair use claim, please link to third-party hosting for anything outside normal social media usage like reaction gifs.
