Podejście moderacyjne

Rola administratora czy moderatora sprowadza się do konkretnych obowiązków, a nie do politycznej oceny wpisów czy sądownictwa. Nasz świat ma nieskończenie wiele wymiarów, nie jest czarno-biały, ma mnóstwo kolorów i odcieni – każdy z nas jest inny. Nie będziemy definiować aspektów wolności czy przyzwoitości, ponieważ one same się określają, a określone granice prawne (jeszcze) są wystarczające do ich przestrzegania.

Zgłaszanie niedozwolonych treści oraz procedura odwoławcza:

1. Użytkownik, który uważa opublikowaną na instancji treść za nielegalną, lub naruszającą warunku Regulaminu, może przesłać do Administratora zgłoszenie dotyczące tej treści za pomocą funkcji "Zgłoś", dostępnej przy każdym toot'cie.
2. Administrator, lub Moderator rozpatruje zgłoszenie, bez zbędnej zwłoki, oraz podejmuje decyzję co do treści, której dotyczy zgłoszenie, w sposób terminowy (do 7 dni), niearbitralny, obiektywny i z zachowaniem należytej staranności.
3. O podjętej decyzji, Administrator/Moderator powiadamia zgłoszonego i zgłaszającego Użytkownika.
4. Decyzja Administratora może polegać na usunięciu treści, pozostawieniu treści na instancji, lub też zawieszeniu całego konta.
5. Użytkownik może odwołać się od decyzji Administratora w terminie 7 dni od otrzymania uzasadnienia jej usunięcia kontaktując się z Administratorem za pośrednictwem adresu e-mal contact@mastodon.com.pl.
6. Odwołanie powinno zawierać wyczerpujące uzasadnienie.
7. Administrator rozpatruje odwołania w terminie 7 dni.

Mastodon Poland is a resurrection of the old instance that had its first, test run in July 2019. We want to provide a safe & free instance of the Mastodon open social network protecting all members of community from any harm.

The registration process is available for everyone on this instance as long as they create an account and accept the terms and conditions of this instance.

Moderation Approach

The role of the administrator or moderator comes down to specific duties and not to the political evaluation of entries or the judiciary. Our world has infinitely many dimensions, is not black and white, it has a lot of colors and shades - each of us is different. We will not define the aspects of freedom or decency beacuse these define themselves, and the defined legal boundries (yet) are sufficient to comply with them.

We want to inform that the instance is completely subordinate to Polish 🇵🇱 and European law 🇪🇺.

Reporting prohibited content and appeal procedure:

1. A user who considers content published on the instance to be illegal or in violation of the Terms of Service may submit a report to the Administrator regarding this content using the "Report" function, available with each toot.
2. The Administrator or Moderator shall review the report without undue delay and make a timely (within 7 days), non-arbitrary, objective decision regarding the reported content, exercising due diligence.
3. The Administrator/Moderator notifies both the reported and reporting users of the decision made.
4. The Administrator's decision may involve removing the content, leaving it on the instance, or suspending the entire account.
5. A user may appeal the Administrator's decision within 7 days of receiving the justification for its removal by contacting the Administrator via email at contact@mastodon.com.pl.
6. The appeal should include comprehensive justification.
7. The Administrator shall review appeals within 7 days.
