English instance for my friends and family. Rules are pretty strightforward:

1. All NSFW/Graphic content must be tagged - no NSFW/Graphic content in Profile images or headers.
2. No willful propagation of misinformation. Some things are verifiable fact, and acting in bad faith that they are not is unacceptable, will result in account suspension.
3. No Nazis, no Nazi-adjacencies. No lolicon, no pedos. No spreading of any of that shit. Period.
4. Be respectful and decent to those with whom you interact - No doxxing, no harassment, no bigotry.
5. Bots are permitted, but any account that primarily automates posts must be flagged as a bot account.

Moderation Policies

Admins will silence and suspend domains that demonstrate a lack of interest or unwillingness to address the behavior of their members. These de-federations will be published publicly. Demonstrated unwillingness might be in the form of multiple instance admins reporting lack of engagement from the instance in question, or ongoing and/or widespread bad behavior by members of the instance in question.

Regarding members of this server, if admins are made aware of instances of behavior in violation of the above, they will be acted on. It’s in the admin’s discretion what action to take, but will tend toward having a conversation with the member before silencing or suspending accounts.
