Long description
RadicalSocial.Work is a Mastodon instance that is part of the fediverse. We are an anti-oppressive, anti-racist community built on the pillars of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

We are not status quo upholders. The field of social work is ever evolving - and now more than ever, radical mobilization is needed to lift up the communities that we serve. Join us to spark social justice conversations to ignite change.

We are hosted on servers in the United States, and operated from Canada, and used by people from around the world.

We are not a commercial website. We have no financial interest in your data or activity.

This is a volunteer-run, voluntary service. The creator of this instance is a social worker who resides in Canada.

We are here for the dissemination of information pertaining to the social work field. The creator of this instance has a passion for macro level social work practice.

Misinformation, disinformation, and other unlawful, harmful, and/or bad faith content is not permitted.
