Verhaltensregeln

Wir haben für die Nutzung gewisse Serverregeln erstellt, die Ihr etwas weiter unten auf dieser Seite findet und die Ihr mit der Erstellung eines Accounts bei muenchen.social akzeptiert. Bitte beachtet, andere Instanzen haben andere Regeln. Was hier erlaubt ist, kann dort verboten sein und umgekehrt. Wenn Ihr Verstöße erkennt, könnt Ihr diese über das Meldesystem melden. Bitte seit dort so genau wie möglich und gebt uns ggf. Zusatzinformationen, damit wir den Vorfall besser (und schneller) einordnen können. Damit helft Ihr uns. Bei Verstößen gegen die Serverregeln kann es zu einer Löschung der Beiträge und auch zur Löschung des verursachenden Accounts kommen. Bitte beachtet, dass es keine Rückmeldung gibt, was mit Eurer Meldung geschieht.

Der Standort aller benötigten Server für muenchen.social ist in Deutschland.

Über https://monitor.martinmuc.de könnt Ihr einsehen, ob die Server derzeit erreichbar sind.

Backups

Aktuell wird einmal (1x) täglich ein inkrementelles Backup von folgenden Daten erstellt

  • Alle notwendigen Konfigurationsdateien des Betriebssystems
  • Konfigurationsdateien/Webordner usw. von Mastodon selbst
  • Datenbank

Die Backups werden verschlüsselt und auf einen gesonderten Backupserver in Deutschland übertragen. Es werden für die letzten 7 Tage und je ein Backup der letzten 4 Wochen aufgehoben um auch bei einem Problem, dass nicht sofort erkannt wird, noch zurückgreifen zu können.

Spenden

muenchen.social wird privat betrieben und es gibt weder Werbung noch Tracking, noch findet ein Verkauf Eurer Daten statt. Deswegen würde ich mich freuen, wenn Ihr Euch in Form einer Spende beteiligen könnt. Auch kleine Beträge helfen. Unter https://martinmuc.de/spenden erfahrt Ihr die Gesamtkosten für den Betrieb und erfahrt, wie Ihr spenden könnt.
Instance rules
  1. Keine Belästigung, Stalking und/oder Doxxing von anderen.
  2. Rassismus, Sexismus oder Beschimpfungen haben hier nichts verloren.
  3. Diskriminierung von Geschlechtern und sexuellen Minderheiten haben hier auch nichts verloren.
  4. Extremistische Inhalte sind nicht erlaubt — unabhängig von der politischen Richtung. Dies umfasst nationalistische Propaganda, Nazi-Symbolismus und alle Inhalte, die die Menschenwürde herabsetzen oder zu Ausgrenzung aufrufen.
  5. Aufrufe zu Gewalttaten sind verboten.
  6. Nicht markierter sexueller Inhalt und/oder Gewaltdarstellungen in jeglicher Form sind nicht erlaubt.
  7. Bots, die ohne ihre expliziten Anfragen mit Nutzer interagieren, werden gelöscht.
  8. Übermässige Werbung / Spam / Spamflut von wiederholenden Tröts sind nicht erwünscht.
  9. Falls du einen NSFW-Only Account erstellen möchtest, ziehe eventuell eine andere Instanz in Betracht. Wahrscheinlich sind wir leider nicht geeignet für dich.
  10. Allgemeine Verstöße gegen geltendes Recht in Deutschland.
  11. Gezieltes Misgendering, Deadnaming oder Werbung für sogenannte "Konversionstherapien" sind verboten.
  12. Mir ist bewusst, dass ein Verstoß gegen eine der Serverregeln zur Löschung von einzelnen Beiträgen, oder der Stummschaltung/Löschung des gesamten Accounts führen kann und mit dem Anlegen eines Accounts akzeptiere ich alle Regeln.
  13. Accounts, die vorrangig der organisierten Werbung für politische Parteien, Kampagnen oder Wahlkämpfe dienen, sind auf dieser Instanz nicht erwünscht. Persönliche politische Meinungsäußerung bleibt davon ausdrücklich unberührt.
  14. Gezielte Provokation, Sealioning (scheinbar höfliches, aber böswilliges Endlos-Hinterfragen) und systematisches Trolling sind nicht erlaubt.
  15. Das bewusste und wiederholte Verbreiten von nachweislich falschen Informationen ist nicht erlaubt. Dies betrifft insbesondere Desinformation zu Gesundheit, Wahlen oder Krisen.
  16. Erstelle keine Fake-Profile und gib dich nicht als eine andere Person oder Organisation aus. Parodie- und Fan-Accounts müssen klar als solche gekennzeichnet sein.
  17. KI-generierte Inhalte (Texte, Bilder, Audio, Video) müssen als solche gekennzeichnet werden. Accounts, die ausschließlich KI-generierte Inhalte veröffentlichen, sind nicht erwünscht.
