Hosting of the site is provided for and paid by Jeroen, making this instance completely independent of Belgian Defence.
The name was thought up by @Gingerneer2 on Twitter and is a pun on "sociable" and the old name of Belgian Defence: "ABL = Armée Belge/Belgisch leger"
