1. Hate speech, or speech that incites violence or hate against any individual or group, regardless of intent will not be tolerated. Offending toots will be blocked. Repeat offenders may be blocked.
2. Fair Use will be enforced. That is to say, we encourage creativity and will not honor frivolous copyright claims. Claims that comply with US Copyright laws will be honored expeditiously.
