Wip description

1. No puritans allowed. We believe in freedom in fiction. Accusations, bewares and harassment based on a person's fictional media is not allowed and will be dealt with a ban.
2. This should be obvious but bigotry, hate speech, harassment and discrimination will be met with an account ban.
3. Members must not hold beliefs in favour of imperialism, far-right extremism, NATO bootlickingism, nazism, etc etc
