This search engine for Mastodon instances is based on a database that gets updated by our crawler every night (CET).

Instances are considered new for 30 days after they are discovered.

When an instance has not responded to our daily checks for more than 30 days it is no longer considered in statistics and searches and it gets checked only on the first of the month, rather than daily, until it possibly responds again, or until its last succesful check is one year old; in this latter case, from that moment it gets checked only on the first day of each year.

“Random ordering” of results varies daily.

Default search criteria reflect our fondness for a decentralized and egalitarian Fediverse and our attempt to exclude instances accepting fascist, racist, sexist, ableist, sovereignist, pro-nuclear and pedopornographic contents by marking them as noxious.

Look, we're not actually the Illuminati. Not that we'd tell you if we were, but we're not. I mean, we could be, but we're not. Really. We don't know the first thing about imminentizing any eschatons, and if we did, we wouldn't tell you, because we're not the Illuminati. We're not even sure what an eschaton is, and we assure you we have not imminentized any. Recently. That we’re willing to talk about. But enough about us!

Vtuber House is a Mastodon instance whose topic is vtubers--content creators who use a digital avatar to represent themselves in their work! We're open to all varieties: 2D, 3D, PNG, pre-debut; streamers on Twitch, YouTube, or elsewhere; lewd or all-ages; artists, coders, and riggers who support the vtuber space; even vtuber fans who aren't content creators themselves. This instance is LGBTQIA+ friendly, celebrating vtubing as a hobby that helps people express themselves with an uncommon degree of freedom!

Mastodon is a microblogging platform that's federated, meaning no one corporation or billionaire controls or owns the data throughout the network, and users on many different servers can communicate with one another.

Vtuber House aims to be a cozy, hobbyist space. This is and will not be a high-population instance, and we silence some of the biggest, noisiest federated servers. We hope you'll grow and thrive here, but our focus isn't on reach. Instead, the goal is to help you get to know your fellow vtubers and fans well, with plenty of opportunities to collaborate and support one another!
