Welcome to genart.social, a home on the Fediverse for generative artists. We are an inclusive community which values diversity and encourages creative exploration. All artists are welcome, regardless of their background or experience level. Our community is LGBTQIA+ friendly and supports all forms of generative expression, including (but not limited to) algorithmic art, AI art, crypto art, glitch art; art or music made with any kind of dynamic system. Our server is located in Germany, and we welcome all languages. We value accessibility. Use of captions for all posted media is strongly encouraged.

About Crypto Art

We kindly request members to keep posts about crypto art low-key and consider adding the #nft tag and content warning when posting about them. Content warnings are not intended to penalize content, they are part of our culture and considered best practice. They are widely used when posting sensitive content, such as disturbing imagery, mentions of violence, spoilers, politics, nudity, or pictures of food.
