Additional instance emoji come from Sound Transit's Brand Elements. Not affiliated with the city government (or any other government), despite some confusion that seems to stem from the domain.

8. No unsolicited commercial communication (spam). Replying to queries about your business is fine. If you have a brand account, any advertising posts must be followers-only.
9. Brand accounts must be for regional businesses and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Even if you have an invite, please apply for an account so we can decide if we want to approve you. Brand accounts may be asked to contribute to server funding.
