Welcome to Fluffs.au, the Mastodon server for furries in Oceania

We hope you enjoy your time interacting with the community. We aim to foster an inclusive and positive environment for all furries who join.

With that in mind, there are rules for the community in order to minimise bad play and encourage quality discussion and interaction. We ask you to follow, not just the letter of the law but the spirit of it, and we will apply these rules where we find them appropriate or where their application would benefit the community. Should you see any issues occuring on the server please bring it to the attention of one of the admins. Everything reported to us is treated with the utmost respect and kept confidential as desired by the reporter.

We will investigate members who break rules, act disrespectfully or who are harmful to our community. Warnings or bans may be issued where necessary. Please keep in mind that your online persona is not separate from you as a real life person. Behaviour within the server is considered similar to conduct at any in-person meet or event.

2. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website
3. Any NSFW / 18+ content MUST have a content warning
4. Do not discuss active legal matters involving you or another community member. Legal matters covered by public media (news articles, channels, general public knowledge) are exempt from this
5. If you have any problems with other members of the server, their behaviour or any content that they post, please contact an admin. Do not attempt to micro-moderate, engage in arguments or break rules yourself. Breaking rules will make it more difficult for us to help you
6. You are within your rights to block an admin but if any issue arises and we can’t contact you, you will be muted until another admin can contact you
7. The admins reserve the right to remove anyone for any reason. This exists so that we can make this community a safe space
8. Don’t try to subvert the rules. Remember to try to follow the spirit of the rules, rather than the letter
