Moderation

Syringa.social is actively moderated. Please read our server rules at the bottom of this page. If you see something that violates our rules, please report it. For now, all moderation decisions are solely up to the server owner [@zebpalmer@serenity.social] — as we grow, additional moderators will be added and we’ll have a more open governance model.

Safe space

I want this to be a safe, inclusive and welcoming space and I will try my best to keep it that way. That being said, this a is public facing mastodon instance with federation to hundreds of other mastodon servers. You can do your part by reporting any content you see that is against our server rules.

Donations

I’ve been asked several times how to donate to support this instance. For now, I’m not accepting donations. I’m far more focused on getting this service up and running, once it’s well established, I will offer a way for those who wish to support it to do so.

4. No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies.

8. Running this server is a labor of love, don't make me not love this.
