This is a personal server for friends and family to access the Mastodon network.

For a while, I have been disillusioned with conventional Social Media - black boxes with opaque algorithms designed to propagate our worst impulses and make obscene money for their founders.

Mastodon is a new type of network, backed by a non-profit and designed to foster communication, rather then create endless echo chambers and this server is my contribution to the network.

Anyone is welcome to apply for an account, however, it is likely that only accounts of people I know will be approved.
